Jordan is a Project Manager at Longshore Custom Homes.
Jordan has grown with the Longshore team since 2021, building her career through several roles that gave her a well rounded understanding of the custom homebuilding process. She began in marketing, helping shape the Longshore brand and connect with clients across coastal North Carolina. From there, she transitioned into architectural design and drafting, gaining hands on experience in planning, estimating, budgeting, and working closely with clients before a single nail was driven. Today, as Project Manager, she oversees custom homes from early planning through construction closing.
Jordan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Marketing from UNC Wilmington, where her interest in construction was first sparked by friends already working in the industry. Watching a vision on paper become a finished home, and understanding all the moving parts that make it happen, is what drew her in and never let go.
Originally from Raleigh, Jordan has fully embraced coastal living. On weekends, you'll likely find her on the water or at the beach. She is known for building genuine relationships with homeowners and treating every project with the same care she'd give her own home, something her clients notice and appreciate.
