Isadora has been part of the Longshore family for years, getting her start on job sites before moving into her role managing the day-to-day operations of the office. As the daughter of Lauren, Longshore's CEO, she grew up with a front-row seat to the custom homebuilding world, and her commitment to the business has only grown from there. Known for her organizational strengths and high initiative, she is always looking for ways to make things run smoother and better.
Outside of her work at Longshore, Isadora is also a licensed realtor, steadily building her expertise in the real estate industry. She brings the same focus and work ethic to both roles, with a simple goal of getting better at what she does every day.
Outside of work, Isadora enjoys spending time on the boat, playing pickleball or volleyball, and reading or recharging with family and friends.
