A home designed from scratch. Our preconstruction process guides you from an idea to a complete set of plans and a fixed price, one clear step at a time. Choose this path when the home you picture does not exist yet.

Proven plans we know and trust, each with final selections designed by Longshore already in place. Choose this path when one of these homes already fits the way you live. It is the faster, simpler way to a Longshore home.

What if you want to change a plan?

Upgrades are available within the Collection. If you would like changes to the structure of a plan itself, your project moves to the Custom path, and that plan becomes the starting point for your design. You lose nothing; you simply begin the Custom path a step ahead.
