Wrightsville Beach

Wrightsville Beach is an island town just east of Wilmington, known for surfing, boating, and walkable streets.

Lots are small and in high demand, and most new homes replace an older one. Homes must meet strict flood and wind rules, and many lots need a CAMA (coastal permit) review. We plan for all of this before design.

Wrightsville Beach is about 30 minutes from Longshore homes in Hampstead.
