Topsail Beach

Topsail Beach sits on the south end of Topsail Island. It is the quietest of the island towns, with mostly residential streets and wide beaches near the inlet.

Most lots are close to the ocean or the sound, so homes sit on pilings and follow strict flood and wind rules. Some lots also need a CAMA (coastal permit) review. We check all of this before design starts.

Topsail Beach is about 25 minutes from Longshore homes in Hampstead.
