Dakine

Our Dakine plan takes classic coastal living and adds a whole lot of luxury. With three floors of living space, there is plenty of room for family life and hosting guests. The lower story rec room, sand room, and guest bedroom are perfect when friends are in town for weekends at the beach, and the multiple deck and patio areas provide relaxing spots for great conversation or enjoying scenic views. Curl up with a book upstairs in the loft, or retreat to your private office for some uninterrupted time.

Dakine offers 4-5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Some optional upgrades include an elevator and golf cart garage.
