Project Manager - CEO
Lauren is the Project Manager and CEO for Longshore Custom Homes and is committed to providing clients with exceptional service. Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Lauren received her Mechanical Engineering degree from Olivet Nazarene University in 2003, along with her Master of Arts in Education in years to come. Lauren was an All-American collegiate softball player and All-American Academic.
Backed by the experience of remodeling homes, Lauren has an extensive range of industry knowledge. She also has a background in designing and inspecting residential developments.
Married in 2005, and with a growing family, Lauren moved to North Carolina in 2016 to put down roots in the area. She found her passion through using her NC GC license to build dream homes in towns on the coast of North Carolina.
Architectural Design Manager
Jordan is the Architectural Design Manager and focuses on the overall design for the building structure. She found her passion through the creation and sharing of the homeowner's vision to be brought to life. Jordan manages Phases One, Two, and Three. During these phases, she designs the floor plan, exterior elevations, roof design, electrical plan, wall elevations, design details, and specifications needed for the project.
Jordan received her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina Wilmington. During her years at UNCW, she was introduced to Jeffe and Lauren and wanted to pursue a career in the custom home industry. Jordan has found her passion through design being taught by Lauren. She plans on staying in Wilmington and settling down. You can catch Jordan either at the beach with her friends or spending time with her family on the Intra Coastal Waterway.
Project Manager - COO
Jeffe is a Project Manager and COO at Longshore Custom homes, where he brings his client's vision to life in their dream homes. Jeffe was born and raised on the New Hampshire coast and moved to North Carolina in the '90s. He primarily focused on running offshore fishing charters along the East Coast, US, and the British Virgin Islands.
In 1997 he began a career in law enforcement and spent 20 years as an investigator with local and federal agencies. In 2004, Jeffe obtained an NC Contractors License and started building homes.
As of 2017, Jeffe is semi-retired from law enforcement to solely focus on building custom homes. He strives to provide the highest caliber of service and build stunning homes in coastal North Carolina.
Rhonda is the Operations Manager and oversees the bidding and selections process for the owner's specific needs in their custom home. Rhonda manages the client's selections from Pre-Construction to Closing. She coordinates the order and delivery of materials to the job sites to ensure our projects move forward without delays. She handles the client build contracts, permitting, and inspections.
She was born and raised in North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Campbell University. Rhonda has over 15 years of experience overseeing the business side of her previous company to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. She also has her NC Real Estate License.
Rhonda currently resides in Hampstead with her husband and son and loves living on the coast of Eastern North Carolina.
Marisela is the accounts manager at Longshore. She oversees and supports all administrative duties in the office and ensures that the office is smooth sailing. She handles accounting, project summaries, office policies, and procedures, and ensures they are implemented appropriately.
Marisela has seven years of experience in accounting and is eager to learn more, she is currently a student at CFCC in the process of getting her accounting certificate. She was born and raised in California, she move to North Carolina in 2020 with her children and husband who had PCS orders.
Ralph handles quality control in the field. He oversees and fine-tunes the details during the construction process within the field.
Growing up on the north shore of Long Island, Ralph spent a great deal of time on the water. His love of the water initially led him to the marine industry rigging, testing, demoing, and delivering boats to customers.
Ralph’s earliest construction experience started in a high rise, learning all facets of the building process. He traveled to the United States to oversee the fireproofing of commercial buildings. His passion for bringing ideas to realization led him to start a home remodeling business the past 20 years.
In 1994 he married, moved to North Carolina, and started his family. Ralph enjoys living on the coast with his wife and two children.
